ZLYJ Series Singel Screw Extruder Gear box

ZLYJ series gearbox is a high accuracy and hardened tooth surface transmission device, which is designed for single screw extruder with thrust block. The design of gearbox adopt JB/T9050.1-1999. 

Main features:

1.The material of gear is high strength alloy steel through gear grinding processing after carburizing, quenching and heat treatment. It has high precision(6 level), high hardness(HRC54-62) and low transmission noise.

2.Gearbox equipped with thrust block with high bearing capacity, reliable performance and can bear large axial thrust. 

3.Gearbox equipped with forced feed lubrication and cooling system.

4.ZLYJ series gearbox adopt 6 face processing, including horizontal installation and vertical installation.

5.High efficiency transmission, low noise and long time continuous operation.
